WJE examined Harbortown EEEs as provided by the SB326 requirements. They identified immediate risk EEEs, which were taken care of while onsite. The report identified high and medium EEE requirements. WJE also cautioned the HOA of other excessive moisture and rot that was evident but beyond the scope of their 326 review.
