Connecting Dreams Foundation gladly presents 'Impact Report 2021', a compilation of all the changemaking initiatives undertaken and efforts made over the past year. The Impact Report offers a glimpse of the different interventions by the changemakers and throws light on new initiatives by CDF that have been initiated in the recent past.
